Had an excellent smoke day, great food, good friends and Ice cold beer, couldn't have been better. Had about 17/18 people show. The hit was clearly the ribs, way too many compliments (if that's possible), they were good though. It was great introducing people to burnt ends and fatties. We got several requests to host more BBQs and they'll bring all the meat, they just want us to cook it. I think I committed to cooking a couple of briskets but I can't remember. It was a lot of fun cooking on Ed's 22.5, what capacity that baby has. Didn't even come close to filling it. Hope everyone had a great one.

They were cooked on Ed's 22.5 WSM, the Grill is a Bar-B-Chef by BBQ's Galore.
