Last night I cooked two racks of spare ribs and used Sweet and Spicey on one rack (thanks Steph!) and Yardbird on the other. After tasting them I really like the Sweet and Spicey rub but I still like Yardbird too. Decisions, desicions...tastey decisions! :-D
