Ok the Thanksgiving bird is done and you are all probably stuffed. The next challenge is Christmas!
I do a whole Christmas turkey dinner similar to the meal that the Crachits enjoyed in the Christmas Carol on my WSM. Its on my Que website, look in the left frame for WSM Christmas and click on that (sorry about the little popup in the main frame...my hosting service added that recently): BBQSmythe Web Site... It takes a bit of coordination, and I dont use any smoke wood. The Christmas pudding is a lot of work just as a warning. Take a look and share your Christmas dinner stories... Regards, Preston D |
