My wonderful and beautiful wife surprised me with a "BIG T 25oz T-Bone." At about 8:00 p.m. I fired up my new $10.00 garage sell Weber Smokey Joe with Kingsford charcoal. With the briquettes glowing orange and white I laid on the olive oil coated delight sprinkled with kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper. This huge mass of pure love sizzled to perfection for seven minutes, first one side then the other. The perfectly seared beef then rested while I prepared a fresh, crisp green salad. All was right with the world all as right as rain. I enjoyed the most delectible steak I have ever made. Made possilbe by the Smokey Joe and a loving wife.
Happy Fathers Day to all you Dads.

Chach
