First time poster, long time reader.

I have a Smokey Joe Silver, an 18.5" One Touch Silver, and a 22.5" One Touch Gold (I guess I'm addicted), and whenever I grill chicken with them (same method for each grill, including adding wood for smoke) they always turn out exceptionally well, except that the
Smokey Joe is always a bit better.

Is it because of the smaller size
(more efficient perhaps) or a better vent design on the bottom on the Smokey Joe vs. the others?

Sweeping out the ashes is certainly easier with the larger grills, but if things are going to taste better with the Smokey Joe, I'm willing to deal with a bit more mess.

Any ideas?
