4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons kosher salt 4 teaspoons paprika 2 teaspoons black pepper 2 teaspoons oregano leaves (dried) 2 teaspoons granulated garlic 1 teaspoon cumin Saw this on the Food Network site, and made it last week. Even though it's a mild rub, I think its the best I've tried yet. Tastes great right out of the mixing bowl...lol. I modified it from the original recipe below. I thought the original was way too salty. And I like a little sweetness in my rubs so I added the brown sugar. I also left out the cayenne since I was out.....Enjoy. * 2 tablespoons kosher or coarse salt * 2 teaspoons coarse black pepper * 2 teaspoons paprika * 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper * 1 teaspoon oregano leaves (dried) * 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin * 1 teaspoon granulated garlic This message has been edited.
