Aside from the standard set of tongs, spatula, etc., is there one gadget you just can't be without? Mine would be.........BEER. I consider it a necessary gadget in my arsenal. I'm either marinading myself with it internally, or using it in a sauce, glaze, or as a simple mop. It's Friday so a little wackiness is in order. Thanks for spending time with us.

No doubt a good frame of mind is key for great grilling. The people that approach grilling like uptight technicians make the biggest mistakes and most boring food. Freewheelers like you bring a lot of fun and lot of great taste to the party.
