I would choose seafood, specially lobster. I just love lobster.

lobsters aren't animals? why can't one pick lobsters, clams, trout, salmon etc if they want to?
just not 'seafood' cuz that's like saying 'mammals' I vote Elmo should get his vote for lobster w/e |

I agree. lobster=yes. seafood=no. I love me some lobster, but I couldn't imagine it being my only meal. I think thats how lobster got its original nasty reputation, the New Englanders fed them to their prison inmates everyday because they were so common. j biesinger nickel city smokers |

Well,
I'm definitely in the minority here but, there is something special about lamb and garlic. Not to mention the potatoes cooked in the rendered fat. Al Like Frankenstein always says "SMOKE GOOOOD!!" |

Beef for me. It would be difficult to give up pork but imaginable for me to give up medium rare steaks or hamburgers.

very tough one. nearly voted for chicken due to versatility. but its PORK for me.
ribs, pulled pork, roast, ham, bacon, pickled pig's feet... good roasted, stir fried, smoked, deep-fried, curried, in soups and stews... 22.5 WSM, 18.5 OTG |
