I haven't yet tried that baconnaise. Just in the past few days, I ran across a blog discussing animal fat mayonnaise. I've long thought I'd like to try making some mayonnaise that includes some smoked meat fat drippings. This article points out that it is likely wise to include some vegetable oil as a dilutor.

I have the Baconaise "Light" 'cause us BBQers have to eat healthy. Weird stuff, I find myself using it for a chip dip and then I start to wonder what's in it, 'cause there ain't no bacon...and it goes back in the fridge 'til I forget again.

Give me bacon anything... Bacon toothpaste, bacon bathroom cleaner, bacon chocolate, bacon enema, I don't care... Bacon makes everything great! By the way, I heard bacon cures cancer... or was it heart disease?
