After a crappy weather day that caused me to cook pork and beef ribs and meatballs inside that were planned to be smoked and grilled. The weather let up enough to grill some Orange Marmalade Sriracha wings, but they even turned out like $hit....everything I cooked yesterday except the Wolfe Beans, turned out like poo poo. Just a horrible day of cooking for me! So I needed to fill my belly and redeem myself to ME with a good filling breffus! More pic's are at the Wolfe Pit.

Larry, Outstanding Breakfast!! That Sriracha sauce on those eggs looks mighty fine. And those potatoes look fantastic. Looks like the weather is cooperating today, maybe you can get outside and do some of your fabulous grilling!!!

You're kidding. That's one of my favorite dishes. I'm not looking forward to your pics. I'll be too jealous.

Larry, if you are making chicken and dumplings you just have to add some home made fresh thick noodles in there too.

Great way to get your groove back Larry, and I completely understand about a whole cook going sideways. For every pic I post on here there are some that I don't because they just didn't work out. ~_^

OK. Came home later than expected from the beer festival, and my brisket is still on. Already had dinner, but needed to get that thing cooked. Figured I'd just have leftovers all week; but after seeing all these pics, I'm STARVING!!!

Great looking grub gang!

Jim are you referring to Brew Fest at Bull Run? We were planning on going Saturday, but the weather changed our mind real fast. How was it?? We went to the Spring one in Leesburg and had a great time!

Had to get in on this breakfast thread!

From the weekend.....

An asparagus and brie omelete for my wife

This pic is the omelet before the fried rice with mushrooms, garlic, onions, ham, sausage, and bacon are added

My scrambled eggs on the fried rice

And some fresh bread

Clark that plated pic looks like a breakfast dish that my father used to make called 'garbage'.....not pronounced like garbage (trash) but sounds more like 'garbaaaaaage'! YUM!
