My wife is out with a few friends so I had to handle the kids tonight. No problem, when when I was done it was time for me to eat. Spam was calling my name so I diced it up and threw it in a pan, browned it then took half and tossed it in wing sauce and put on white bread with blue cheese dressing. The other half was tossed in SBR and onto WB with a slice of cheese. I gotta say I enjoyed the winged spam but I have had my fill for a while.
