I am considering relocating from Richmond, VA to Sydney, Australia. No job offer or anything yet. I'm just exceedingly optimistic. Smiler I interviewed with a company last week. They haven't told me to get lost yet, so I'm planning...

I'd appreciate any tips. Also, feel free to give my address (below) to anyone who might be willing to share their transition experience.

The address to use is:
Australia at RonaldAPierce dot com

Thanks,
Ron Pierce

Yeah, it is. Australia is different, and the rules are different down there, butt, given the opportunity, I'd go in a heart beat !!! I wouldn't immediately uproot my family but they'd follow within a year. I know several people that have had the pleasure of visiting/working there and I've heard nothing but positive comments. Australia is a great place to live !!!
