  • 1 brick cream cheese cubed and softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup hot sauce ( I use Frank's )
  • 1 cup leftover chicken finely shredded, or use canned drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Combine and microwave on high, stirring till blended and hot

Been making this one at tailgates for years now.

I've used Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce, but it's never hot enough, so I always add cayenne pepper. Also, I like to add sliced jalepenos right under the layer of cheese as a nice variation.

Another good idea is chopped scallions or chives instead of the jalepenos.

Bleu Cheese dressing can be substituted for ranch, as well.

This is dip that when people come over they always ask if i made it or not. Only variations are 2 bricks of cream cheese and 2 cups of the chopped chicken and substitute the Ranch with blue cheese. I also bake it in the oven for 40 min around 400.
