Posted OK, so here's whats cookin; Apple Brined (ala TVWB), Sage, Orange and Clove Rotisserie Turkey, ABTs ala this site over indirect along with the Rotisserie Turkey, Roasted Chestnut Sausage Dressing ala Tyler Florence, (NOTE: Chestnuts need to be roasted and the recipe is a bit vague about that.) Autumn Potato Gratin ala Rachael Ray Pumpkin Soup with Chili Cran-Apple Relish ala Rachael Ray. This is a family favorite! AND... several pies of various persuasions.
