Can any one tell me how long to smoke just legs on the WSM ??

I do em all the time.
I saltwater brine them for about an hour, and then cook them for about 3 hours around 300+ degrees with apple or cherry. My buddies love em.

I too like to brine legs in a simple brine, but I like to cook them in the 245-265º range until they hit 170º.
