Here they are. Menu was:

for the football game:

Ribs and pretzels with cheese sauce

For dinner:

Rotiss turkey
Glazed ham
Cornbread, sausage and apple stuffing
Peas and asparagus
Mashed Potato's
Gravy
Pumpkin Pie
Upside down apple pie
Wine wine and more wine

Thanks! It was under two hours. The bird was about 10 pounds if I remember correct. I did cook it hot though (450)

Just added the family under the weber family portrait thread in the charcoal section. It's actually funny, I only had one WSM up until about a month ago. Then I found everything else on Craigs list reasonably priced and the rest is history.

Mark that is the EZ - Q rotiss. It is not from Canada but they do deliver to Canada. You can find them here.
