How long did the turkey take to cook on the rotisserie?

Thanks! It was under two hours. The bird was about 10 pounds if I remember correct. I did cook it hot though (450)

Great looking meal.. What make is that rotisserie basket, and did you get that in Canada ?

Just added the family under the weber family portrait thread in the charcoal section. It's actually funny, I only had one WSM up until about a month ago. Then I found everything else on Craigs list reasonably priced and the rest is history.

Mark that is the EZ - Q rotiss. It is not from Canada but they do deliver to Canada. You can find them here.
