I am getting nervous about the "big day" and this years bird and breast are quite larger than last year.
The bird is 15.23 pounds, the breast is 9.6 pounds.
I plan to smoke at about 325.
Bird on top breast on the bottom.

(They will be brined)

Most of my turkeys have been done in about 2 hrs, but with this much meat, how long do you guess it would take??

Thanks!!

Michele,
You're timing will not increase dramatically. The onely thing I would do is reverse your breast/bird placement. I'd put the breast on top, it will finish before the whole bird and you will not have to fuss with moving the whole bird to reach the breast on the bottom.
