Smiler We Did our first turkey. It was a self baster. I used a dry rub from the BBQ USA called the full proof rub. I followed your instructions to the T. It was the best bird we ever had!!! And on Sunday I made a Veg Bean soup with leftovers man o man.

I never understood why folks seem to freak out when it comes to cooking turkeys. Once you learn a couple tips/tricks, they make for some good eats.
