Put the bird on about 6:30 this morning. Took it off about noon and let it sit for about half an hour. OMG! What a great and beautiful bird. Moist and yummy, with just a touch of smoke. Oh heck yeah. Cool Got the new tradition going !

I rotisserie grilled our 14 pound bird. Four hours. I was debating smoking, oven roasting. Looked at my rotisserie chicken holder and decided that if I bent the sides out, I could make it work. Beautiful. Rubbed olive oil on the skin and seasoned w/ salt and pepper.

It was beautiful.
