Eric, Icing the breast is the way to go. Thigh and breast got to temp at the exact same time. Both were perfect. Took the bird out of the fridge from it's drying stage and took a one gallon zip lock bag full of ice and placed it on the breast making sure not to touch he legs and let her ice for one hour. Based on the results, I'm sold on icing.

I have lots of pics. that I'll be posting later.

Thanks. But even if you don't your description painted a good picture of what to do. I'm assuming you cooked the bird horizontally and breast up?

Best Buy has the Sirius and XM radios on sale today. Don't really feel like living the house an all the great leftovers, but I might wander down. Do you have yours installed into your car or have a house/boombox set up?
