I have cooked several turkeys on a rotisserie in my Genesis Gold at 350°F and carved all of them. This year I would like to cook a 20lb. turkey the same way with the exception of lower heat; I would like to pull the meat rather than slice it.
I have followed smoking turkeys by several others here and I’m sure there’s a difference between using a WSM, charcoal grill or gas grill. Does anyone have instructions for cooking their turkeys on a gasser using a rotisserie and pulled the turkey afterwards?

Hey val, what does pulling the turkey rather than slicing it mean?

Do you mean that you want to make the meat come out very tender and juicy?

I wanted to pull it like pork or beef rather than slice it.

I never did a turkey on my broil king gasser rotisserie but i would imagine that it would come out very tender and easy to pull if you cook it on low temp.

When i use the rotisserie for chicken, i put temp on lowest or between low and medium and although it takes long time to cook, it comes out very juicy and tender.

I think bbq temp is around 250 when i do rotisserie.
