Howdy hi,

My sister's fixing tomorrow's turkey. But, with all the turkey talk here and a reasonable weather forecast for tomorrow, I just HAD to purchase a fresh turkey breast, two turkey legs and a package of turkey gizzards.

I'm planning to smoke the breast and legs at a target temperature of 275-300 degrees F. I thought I'd just throw on the gizzards with the other parts and see how they come out. I know they won't take too long to cook.

Anybody have any advice on the smoked gizzards?

Thanks in advance!
