I had to deep fry the turkey early due to time constraints ,I keep it warm in a cooler until we got ready to eat it but the skin was no longer crispy , can you put it back in the oven to crisp the skin with out drying it out too much ?

This is probably too late, but I would put the turkey back in the fryer for a few minutes to crisp the skin again.

WSM cold smoking a turkey for about an hour then throwing it in the fryer along with neighbors and friends who bring whatever else to fry up...
