I just want to thank all of you who have been so patient with me during my learning process. Because of you, answering even my most basic (or stupid) questions, I managed to put out one of my family's most amazing Thanksgiving turkeys ever!

Happy Thanksgiving to you! No question is too basic here. Sometimes we get so into the details of a cook that we forget the basics (I speak for myself, of course). It's good to be reminded (and reinforced) of the basics...can't happen often enough.
