Yes,what the country needs! Another slaw dressing recipe. This is my mother's recipe. A place where we ate in Baton Rouge in the '50s&'60s had a great dressing. They wouldn't give the recipe. She diddled with ti until this came out. Peopel love it.
1-1/2 C mayo
1small onion
2/3 C India Relish-Plain no mustard
1 rib celery
1/2 tsp salt
2 teaspoons Tabasco
3 teaspoons paprika
put all ingredients in blender. Blend until thick.
The kick is from the Tabasco. Add as much as you like.

Getting the right amount on the shredded cabbage is an acquired skill!LOL Sorry.
