This came from Weber yesterday in their monthly recipe email. It was to be served on their baja fish wraps. Has anyone tried it? I bought a can of chipolte in adobo so I'll try it later in the week.

3 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon canned chipotle chile in adobo, minced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Baba Booey to you all!

I've made something almost exactly like this from one of Bobby Flay's shows where he was making fish tacos. Definitely a good recipe, and goes really well with fish tacos, but its best as a topping to pulled pork sandwiches (or brisket for that matter)!

It has become our go-to recipe anytime we do BBQ. Awesome!! Highly recommended.
