I probably shouldn't count the ECB. I got the WSM to replace it, but I haven't thrown it out yet...

2 WSM's
1 Weber Silver B Grill
1 Fiesta Gas Grill
2 Electic ECB's

Also sold one electric ECB and had another gas grill that bit the dust, so 8 total toys in the last 6 years, and assuming I live to 70, I got 40 more years to collect BBQ toys! After purchasing 2 WSM's that I love and having a nice (not to mention expensive) gas grill, I probably won't be buying a new toy for a while, but no doubt I will be buying more! I think next on the list is a Weber charcoal grill!

Can I take it with me? Pretty please with sugar on top!

I've been payin' my "Weber Taxes" for years:

(1) Go Anywhere Grill. Not one of Weber's best products. Mine doesn't go anywhere anymore after being retired to the garage.

(2) Smoky Joes. Perfect traveler. One's in the RV, the other is on the boat. Also wore one out years ago.

(1) Jumbo Joe. Bought it for more capacity when RVing. Found it to be too big for my storage limitations, so I gave it to Dad. He loves it.

(1) 22.5 Silver Kettle. Good 'ol Red, Circa '87. Had another one before Big Red, but someone stole it. Recently retired Big Red in favor of my newest addition...

(1) WSM. If I can grill AND smoke on it, well then I'll put it on my balcony. The Kettle is great, but I just can't get low enough or slow enough, and there's only room for one.

(1) JennAire Downdraft Range. It's the modular style range with the grill and the vent down the middle. That's so we can grill indoors during our harsh California winters. (Hey, don't laugh. It gets down in the 40's... and sometimes it even rains!) Razzer

It looks like I'll be makin' some mods to the WSM to improve it's grilling capabilities, although it does pretty well as is.

Eat well,
Kevinator

ps- Almost forgot about the Char-Broil H20 Smoker Deluxe. It was anything but "Deluxe." The only good thing about it is the water pan which is now inside my WSM. That reminds me... I've got to get it into the recycling can before the garbage man comes.
