Hmmm? It sez that I've already voted. I don't remember voting in this poll, maybe I'm getting "Old Timer's" disease, or at least a case of CRS. Red Face

Well, this time I would have voted X Other, because my favorite changes almost every time I cook. Big Grin WSM Smile

I have no idea what I voted for originally Confused

Mine would be Tri-Tip. Smoke it at 210 until the meat temp gets to 120 than pull it off and put it on a blazing hot grill for a good sear. My second would be brisket or turkey or well anything I can put in the smoker and enjoy the process of smoking.

My absolute favorite to smoke is Fresh Ham around the holidays. Just beacuse it's a nice compliment to the traditional Turkey and such.

I like brisket and chickens.

Haven't tried a turkey but b/c I love smoked turkey I'm guessing I'll like that too!

I don't like the pulled pork either.

Meat loaf! I LOVE meat loaf, and it only takes 2-3 hours! After catering for 5 years, I am kinda sick of BBQ "standards" . IF I never ate pulled pork again, it would be too soon! It is sad, but true. Give me a good BBQ meatloaf any day!

I'd have to give the nod to Tri-tips. To me there's nothing better than a perfectly grilled Tri.

Ribs. So versatile, so gooood! A real crowd pleaser. Love the fact that I can control if they are fall off the bone or little firmer. Sauced or just bare. I alway keep a few cooked racks in the freezer for when I get a craving.
