I like to juice up my store bought sauce. In
St. Louis we have a great sauce called Maulls. It is great starting point for a making something different.

I love the sauces I make. Tomato and Vinegar both. I won my Son, Dad and Father-in-law over. but I can't seem to to get my wife and daughter to leave the dark side. Those two drive me crazy, but someday the force may be with them also.

Sure, I can't right now but I'll post it over on the rubs, marinades, sauces forum when I can. I'm sure I didn't re-invent the wheel but I like them.

We use KC Masterpiece original. My wife buys the large 2pak when they’re on sale. My wife puts it on everything. I barbeque with it and I mix Emeril’s Creole & southwest seasoning with it often, to take it up a notch! I order Sourwood honey online well in advance of the barbeque season for Masterpiece & honey mix for the ribs. This is fun huh?

I tried to make a BBQ sauce for the 1st time a few weeks ago it came out just Ok! a little to sweet! I will be trying to make my own BBQ Sauce in the future!

My Favorite store bought is Chris and Pitt's Hickory! I use it as is or sometimes I'll add some fresh lemon Juice and what ever Rub I was using on the meat I was Smoking or grilling.
