I offered to take her out for her birthday, but she asked that I cook steak for her. Turned out good, cause my youngest daughter has strep. So I picked up 4 beef tenderloins totaling a little over 3lbs and 9 scallops that totaled 1.5lbs.

You can view all of the cook pic's at The Wolfe Pit

Hilarious.

Nice spread, Larry. Better to cook at home, so there are no complaints like at many restaurants.

Smoke'em if you got'em.

Larry, That filet is perfectly cooked!! The scallops look awesome as well. An outstanding B-Day dinner for your wife. I'm sure she enjoyed it much more than going out!! Happy B-Day to your wife and I hope your daughter is feeling better.
