Behold...the bEhEmOth!!!

2" thick mamma slamma jamma's with pockets so big, you could put your fist in 'em.

Stuffed with Larry's cornbread stuffing , with a twist. I substituted the breakfast sausage with diced andouille sausage. It added a nice lil spice to the mix. I also used an additional granny smith apple.

Served with brussel sprouts, Bob Evans mashed potatoes, and some pork gravy. Fabulous meal.

Thank you. :-) Although, I have to say, I don't think I'll ever view grilling as a job. Nothing can so thoroughly enjoyable as cooking outdoors, and be considered anything even remotely resembling work, or a job. :-)

Outstanding!!! I had pork chops too but mine were too thin to stuff so I made some stuffing on the side.

No joke, bro...Bob Evan's mashed potatoes...are friggin' fabulous. I was so not in the mood to peel, boil, and mash potatoes. These took 6 minutes and are arguably as good as anything the average individual can churn out on their own.
