Hello all!

They just built and opened a new "Super" Target here in Omaha. Its a huge Target store with a grocery store in one. Anyway, I was looking in the meat section and there is a Tri-Tip section. Today is tuesday...thursday I'm cooking one. I'll let you know about the quality of meat.

In illinois, Kroger has them -when- they go on sale. If you find them at a good price, stock up.
