The grocery store had lobster tails on sale again so surf and turf night again. Had the ribeyes in the freezer that needed to be eaten anyways . Went to a potluck last weekend and somebody made a dish called funeral potatoes. Awesome dish so I tried my hand at making it. Very flavorful and real easy to make. Threw some corn on the cob grill too.

John, I think you have cruel intentions when you post your dinner pic's........you KNOW we're going to see them first thing in the morning!!!! That meal looks fantastic!!!!

I didn't have corn flakes so I just broke up some ritz crackers. These potatoes are awesome.
