For football Sunday while I watched my Seattle Seahawks get pounded by the Giants, I grilled up some wings for a snack then later I grilled a flank steak for dinner. We had some rice and a green salad to go along with it.

Here’s a shot of the wings and the hot sauce, I let the wings soak in the sauce overnight.


Here they are cooking away on the grill and in a bowl ready to eat. I didn’t sauce them again as the wife and kids like em crispy and not too saucy.




Coals were ready and the flank went on.


The flank is done, sliced and we were eating. I was happy with this one, came out nice a juicy.

Always love your pics, that flank looks killer...I normally prefer the skirt, but that flank looks killer...

Yes I tented it with foil for a bout 5 -10 mins then sliced it.
