Wow, these were great! Marinated untrimmmed spare ribs for about 12 hours, grilled combination direct and indirect for about 2.5 hours and basted about every 30 minutes. (Note: I like to use apple cider vinegar vs. white vinegar) These did not turn out beautiful, but they were VERY tasty!

Can I assume from the name that the marinade/baste is the same as used on Roadside Chicken?
