I chopped up a couple pieces of the chuck eye's from Saturday night and mixed in some red onion, rub and cream cheese and stuffed into some ABTS. These were pretty darn tasty!

Also did some wings.

While the grill was hot I cooked some chicken breast rubbed with "Nicky P's Lawngeyeland BBQ Rub" which is very good on chicken!! This is for lunch for the week.

Larry, Nice ABT's. Very tight bacon wrap. Do you use just one piece per ABT? also, do you use the whole pepper or half per ABT?

Yeah, I was admiring the bacon wrap as well. I never get as tight a wrap on mine. Maybe my bacon is too thick. I usually dust them with rub before cooking them though.

I use one piece per half. I usually buy the cheapest bacon I can find because it's real thin and holds together nicely. However I've been using Oscar Mayer brand for the last year and really like that!
