This is actually a continuation of RDowens thread. Thanks for the info to everybody that offered the help - I did the chickens last Sunday and they were great. I am planning on smoking a turkey for Thanksgiving in the WSM and I want to cook one for Christmas on the rotisserie - I think it will handle a 14-16 lb turkey.

Looks good. I see you have a second set of forks. I need to pick up a set too. The other evening I put two birds on the rotisserie. It's just too easy to get good-tasting chicken this way.

I've grown to love my Weber Kettle rotisserie - especially for chicken. I've also done whole beef tenderloin and pork loin on it - you did a great job on these yard birds!
