Put me down as another fan of thighs, especially grilled indirect over higher heat with a little fruitwood for smoke. I like mine skin-on and bone-in.

My local Piggly Wiggly carries Gerber's chicken and I like it. Sometimes it seems a little fatty but if I pierce the skin and cook them skin-down it seems to help.
