I ended up smoking a piece of salmon and two chucks along with some corn on the cob and baked beans. I only ended up getting pics of the meat though.

Here is the salmon brined and dried based on the recipe from the main page and the chucks rubbed.


Here is the salmon done at 170F


And the chucks sliced at 185F

Looks wonderful! Nice ring on the meat.

I LOVE smoked salmon. Is that Coho (Silver)? What wood did you use to smoke the it?

Yeah, it was Coho River salmon I got from Costco for $12.99/lb. And I smoked everything with apple.

I haven't tried it with apple wood, I normally have it with alder. I will have to give that a go.
