First year with my WSM, map marked, now to start the menu planning!

The family has had me out about every 2 weeks since January in the cold. Warm weather will be nice!

I use my cooker all winter, I put in one of the sheds. going to try my first brisket this week. warming up for a bbq fest on smoke day. we had a party last year.
