Here it is... Actually started last night at around 9 for an overnight cook...
It was a BLAST and as usual, the WSM held it's own with the temps... A 15lb packer with the point removed, some ABT's, grilled zucchini, home made cole-slaw... And to finish it off, the very last bottle of my '06 Belgian Special Ale...
