nothing like ribeye on a stick
had to work but i got the ribs on by 4pm. we got a 19 lb rib roast and had them leave a lot of meat on the ribs. i cut eight 2" steaks off the roast with some uneven ends for a nice breakfast someday soon.

I think you westerners have it all over us here when it comes to beef ribs. I hardly ever see them, and when I do, they look like posicle sticks with a bite of meat on them. Pitiful specimens to say the least. Enjoy

theres a new harps store here that has back ribs with 3-4 ribs per pack every so often for $2.50 a lb and theres a nice bit of meat on them . i grab every one i see. might have to make a daily pilgrimage til i get a freezer full. i absolutely love beef back ribs
