Did two 4lb chickens the other day that came out great. Decided to try some pulled pork this time around in honor of smoke day.
I do have a question for you guys. This butt may be done around 4/5 hours before company comes. What is the best way to prepare this. Wrap it for an hour or two, then pull and refrigerate-then reheat?

Thanks- Pete

I would pull it, wrap it, and then put in a warm oven. By time you get it cool, it will be time to heat it up if you fridge it.

Put PORK on your fork
