I totally messed up my schedule for today. As things did not get done last night, Smoke Day is going to become Smoke Night.

Nevertheless, once the butts were rubbed, the OTG called me over. I had some little sample packs of rub that i thought I would try out. The burger, onions, and peppers were sprinkled with Dixieland Dust, a creole seasoning. Good stuff.
