Good morning, friends. I have a most unusual request. Can anyone offer a suggestion for an eggless meatloaf? I love meatloaf, and I love my WSM even more, but I love my sons the most, and they are allergic to eggs, even one placed in a meatloaf. I hate to think they will never know the great taste of an excellent meatloaf, but if eggs are necessary then they never will.

Can anyone help me help my sons? Thanks for any help that comes my way, and have a great day.

T,

Just skip the egg. I often make meatloaf with no egg. The egg is for binding the other ingredients together, but if you don't use too much liquid or veggie additives, it will hold together just fine.
