'Boars Head' name brand cajun turkey.
I've tried quite a few cajun turkey name brand turkeys, but the Boars head brand is by far the best of them all, IMHO.
It is so extremely high priced, I need to be making this myself.
Has anyone a recipe for this?
Help please.

Not tried that brand myself, but maybe this will give you some ideas.

Thanks for the link.
The ingredients list does look appealing for what I want to do.
Didn't even stop to think what kind of wood to smoke with, I think maybe pecan for this. Boars head cajun turkey is definitely not a hickory or apple, or mesquite.

Anyone else that knows the flavour of Boars Head Cajun Turkey and has some ideas? To pay 8.99 a pound for the stuff is out of my budget.

Not really, but pecan would be my first choice.
