I just bought some spares and now I have a craving for ribs and kraut. Any recipes out there? My wife said she can get her mothers recipe but I don't really like hers. It just seems too bland. I think she rinses her sauerkraut(yuck). I want to cook mine in a dutch oven on the stove top or is there a way of putting the dutch oven inside the oven to cook?
