It is common to see folks using a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil...lately I've drizzled with Balsamic Vinegar. Nice change of pace.
Tonight, the pie was predominately cheese and onion with a pre-bake drizzle of the balsamic vinegar.

I found that a post-bake (very light) drizzle of Worstershire sauce really helped a couple of too-bland pizzas. Found myself in the habit of doing it with every pizza and forced myself to stop Wink
