I made this New Year's Eve, for breakfast the following morning, knowing full well my guests and I would crave something greasy in the morning. I didn't invent this recipe, but put together a few I found other places.

Ingredients
12 White Castle cheeseburgers, including the pickle.
3 Large Eggs
2 Cups Milk - I used skim b/c that's what I had
1 t dry mustard
3/4 t garlic salt
1/4 t black pepper
1.5 c shredded taco cheese

Cut sliders in half and arrange in bottom of 9x13 dish. Combine eggs, milk, mustard, garlic salt, and pepper in bowl, mix well. Pour this mixture over the burgers. Top with the shredded cheese and sprinkle some paprika on top for color.

Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

Remove foil and cook in preheated 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and starting to brown.
