This is much better. I had been a regular reader and poster for several weeks before I ever really noticed the Announcements section way down at the bottom.

They belong at the top, where everyone will see them. I never really saw this thread when it was at the bottom. If it's an announcement, it needs to be at the top where everyone can and will see it. JMO.
Only thing I have to add is maybe the introduce yourself would be right under the announcements forum with the New WSM owners right under that. Or at least the intro and Newbies be in the same group, instead of them being seperated. They go hand in hand for the most part. That's all I got.  This message has been edited.
